Events Space


Located on the top floor of Richmond Wine Lockers’, the 2200 sq. ft. room is a modern space with a full wood bar, commercial grade kitchen and a beautiful large four piece reclaimed wood table designed for large conference meetings, intimate dinners, or classroom like settings.  Our space offers style, functionality and convenient location.  Our room is designed to be completely flexible and will host any function size up to 100 people. We are five minutes away from the skytrain station, with plenty of free parking nearby. Day Time Rental Rates:  

Monday-Sunday 9am-5pm               $700.00

Half day (3-4 hours)                          $500.00

Evening Rental Rates:

Monday-Wednesday   6pm-11pm            $600.00 (Each hour past 11pm @ $100.00/per)

Thursday-Sunday       6-11pm                  $800.00    (Each hour past 11pm @ $100.00/per)
